[ Did you guys have a fun Christmas? ♥ We hope so! Who else had a fun Christmas? Well, Kobato did! She spent the holiday with Momo-san, Innkeeper-san, and the other workers at the Cherrygrove Inn who treated her so well even if she just started working a few days ago. They had lots of yummy Christmas cake, lots of delicious hot chocolate, but the best part, of course, would be the awesome gifts she found inside her bag! Even when she's a little sad that she has no idea who gave them to her, she's still pretty psyched because asdfg;aa her bottle is here!! *u*

And that is why, when the video starts, people will notice that Kobato is looking especially happy today. She's also holding a pretty albeit empty bottle close to her. She's so excited, because this means she can finally get started on healing hearts in Johto!

... Little does she know, however, that even if she manages to heal someone's heart, the bottle still won't fill up with the healed hearts. But let's not get into that... yet. :(

Kobato stares a little too excitedly into the screen, almost as if she can see through the other end of the 'Gear, almost as if she's actually staring right at you. And then all of a sudden-- ]

I'm really glad to hear that! I hope you had lots and lots of yummy Christmas cake, Orihime-san. [Because Christmas = Cake, apparently.] And my Christmas was really fun too! I still miss my friends, but I spent it with really nice people, so it was alright. And someone sent me really nice gifts! I just wish I knew who it was...

[She chuckles sheepishly and shakes her head at the compliment.] I just like helping people a lot! It's no good having a troubled heart. After all, no one should be sad, right Orihime-san?

[ WHY IS SHE SO CUTE. Her lack of specificity is sort of endearing! ] Do you know what prefecture it's in, Hanato-san? I don't think I've heard of Yomogi Nursery, either.

R-really? [SHOCK!!] So if you get all the badges you'd be able to get back home? [She pauses, going over this in her head. Could she let Momo-san fight with the gym leaders even? Just fighting wild Pokemon to defend themselves already makes her feel really sad and guilty and terrible.] I... I see. I'm not really sure if I want Momo-san to fight though, because she might get really hurt...

Ah, it's really nothing much, Orihime-san! I just wanted to give you a little something because you've been really, really kind to me!

Well, it's just a theory, but it's the best one I've heard of so far! [ Other than her alien theory, of course, but that's an entirely different story.

Her look softens when Kobato confesses to being uncomfortable with the thought of her Happiny getting injured. ] Hanato-san... I'll admit, I still feel sad when I see Ayame-chan get hurt, too. But... they understand. It's a part of how they mature. So it's okay if she gets hurt sometimes, okay? That's what Pokemon Centers are for, after all...!

Ehe, well, you've been really kind to me too, Hanato-san! So I guess it evens out, hm?

[At Orihime's words, Kobato nods slowly, beginning to feel a little reassured.]

I guess you're right, Orihime-san... Mac-san also told me that Pokemon enjoy fighting, and Momo-san seems to like it too. I guess I'm just... really protective of her because she's the only one I have at the moment. [A beat.] Ah, Orihime-san! What about the other wild Pokemon? W-will they be okay when they lose in a fight?

And yes, it'll definitely even out!

[ And she also begins to nod. She understands where Kobato's coming from, completely. ] Battling is the only way that Pokemon can grow, after all! So don't worry too much about her getting hurt, okay? Nurse Joy knows how to fix them up really well when they get hurt~! And... I'm sure the wild Pokemon will be okay, Hanato-san. Pokemon only fight until one is knocked unconscious, and I'm sure the wild Pokemon have their own ways of healing themselves.
